New Vumatel Packages are coming: 1 May 2024
TL;DR…
From 1 May 2024 🐰 Vumatel will be changing their line pricing and interconnect fees – that means our home fibre pricing for Vumatel services will be changing too.
Details of the changes can be seen in the table below.
Changes To Vumatel Home Fibre Services
The old price is the price that will be charged prior to 1 May 2024, and the New Price is the price that will be charged on and after 1 May 2024.
Please remember if you choose to upgrade or downgrade, new Fibre speeds will not change maximum WiFi speeds:
- 2.4Ghz WiFi 5 = up to 40Mbps
- 5GHz WiFi 5 = up to 260Mbps
- 5GHz WiFi 6 = up to 400Mbps
No Action Required 😴
No action is required from Atomic customers. Speed and price profiles will automatically be migrated unless a change request is made on or before the 22nd of April 2024.

Please complete our Change Request form before 14h00 on Friday the 22nd of April 2024. You will need your Atomic service ID when completing this form. You can find this on your invoice, it starts with ‘AAA-’.
