If you don't cancel before then, we will need to bill you the cost price line fee that Octotel bill us for the following month. Frogfoot + Openserve: Frogfoot and Openserve require 30 days notice when cancelling. We will aim to process all cancellations on the same, or next, business day from when we receive the cancellation. So if you process a cancellation on our website on the 15th of April, your service will be cancelled as soon as the 15th of May (if the cancellation is not ordered on a weekend or public holiday). However, please note that you will still be billed for the full month in which your service stops. Vumatel: require 30 days notice when cancelling. We will aim to process all cancellations on the same, or next, business day from when we receive the cancellation. So if you process a cancellation on our website on the 15th of April, your service will be cancelled as soon as the 15th of May (if the cancellation is not ordered on a weekend or public holiday). Note that your service will be billed pro rata for the final month, from the date the cancellation is placed + 30 days, or until the date the service stops if it is greater than 30 days from the date your cancellation is placed i.e. if you place your cancellation on the 10th of April, for the service to stop on the 20th of May, you will be bill pro rata up until the 20th of May.Suspend TermsOctotel: If you submit your line suspension request by 14h00 on the 24th of the month (or the previous working day if that falls on a non work day) your line will be suspended at the end of the same month.
